I was elated with President Obama’s answer to the tweet question “Are you going to legalize weed or what?” while on the Jimmy Fallon Show. In a nutshell, he emphasized that we can’t only think of the legal system, but must address addiction as a public health problem including prevention, education and treatment. The President couldn’t be more right.
