This week, successful Director, Tony Scott, committed suicide.  Numerous media and internet outlets report that Scott had "no serious medical problems."  I urge you to consider that he may have had a serious medical illness whose lethality is notoriously  unappreciated:  Major Depression.  I never examined Scott, so it would be inappropriate to make a diagnosis.  But we must begin to understand that cancer, strokes and heart attacks are not the only medical illnesses that kill.
